I wasn’t familiar with IPTV, so I needed some help.

Setting up the correct app on my Apple TV wasn’t going quite right. We had to search for a solution for a long time.

The helpdesk continued to assist me throughout this entire process. It took several hours in total before everything worked. I could count on the support of the helpdesk staff throughout this entire time.

Simply fantastic. Finally, I found the right app myself, called Hot Player. It’s a paid app, one of the four that Streaming Nordic recommends for Apple TV. It works perfectly.

I thank Streaming Nordic for their help and hope everything continues to work properly.

Alles werkt erg goed. Vooral door de klantenservice die ervoor zorgde dat alles heel soepel en makkelijk ging. Van trial naar abonnement zonder extra handelingen en de vragen zijn snel en goed beantwoord. duimpje omhoog zou ik zeggen.
